Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or registered trades person is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule and budget with profitability.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial client contact to assess scope, schedule and resources.
• Prepare complete estimates with plans, specs and bid form.
• Coordinate with support staff to define and hand over projects in detail.
• Attend internal start-up meetings and plan project timelines.
• Negotiate pricing and change orders to align with contracts and budgets.
• Maintain logs and monitor progress against timelines and budgets.
• Communicate with prime client and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
• Lead and mentor project staff and ensure compliance with policies.
