Symtech Innovations in Ontario is seeking a Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects from planning to financial performance. You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results on tight timelines while traveling to job sites across Ontario.
The role requires 3–5 years PM experience in mechanical construction, a postsecondary diploma or degree, and strong organizational and communication skills.
Reporting to the Director of Mechanical Construction, the Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and financial performance of mechanical construction projects. This role oversees all phases of project delivery while maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. The Project Manager applies strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, identify and resolve issues efficiently, and deliver high‑quality results under tight timelines. This position requires regular travel to job sites throughout Ontario.
