Job summary

National Seating & Mobility (NSM) in Barrie, Ontario, is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to welcome clients, answer questions and coordinate equipment demonstrations. You will work closely with therapists and healthcare professionals to identify solutions that meet client needs.

You will manage deliveries, bookings, trials and rentals, maintain accurate records, and coordinate transfers between branches—ensuring exceptional service for every client.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably with technical products or services.
• Excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple calls, visits and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning new technology and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and support clients in person, by phone and by email.
• Help clients with equipment questions and identify suitable solutions.
• Coordinate deliveries, appointments, equipment trials, demonstrations and rentals.
• Build relationships with therapists and healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate repairs and service for mobility equipment.
• Prepare quotes, work orders and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records in our systems.
• Coordinate equipment transfers between branches and track equipment.
• Manage equipment reservations and rentals with attention to detail.
• Process delivery, billing, reservation and service information.
• Follow up on client requests and ensure timely resolutions.
• Work with the branch team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
