RBC in North Perth is seeking a Client Advisor to help clients with everyday banking, onboard new clients, and refer opportunities to specialists. You will engage with clients in-branch and community, identify needs, and deliver exceptional service.

You will use digital banking tools to educate clients, demonstrate features, respond to inquiries, and build lasting relationships with partners to grow the business. Strong problem-solving and adaptability are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively engage with clients in-branch and in the community to uncover banking needs, provide help and advice, and identify sales and referral opportunities
• Focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver a memorable client experience, drive sales, and retain business
• Respond to client-initiated contact, assisting with a full range of financial transactions
• Actively listen and engage clients to understand their individual needs
• Proactively resolve and prevent client banking problems
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals
