RBC in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking a trainee Banking Specialist to deliver exceptional client service and drive adoption of digital banking tools. You will engage with clients in-branch and in the community, uncover needs, and guide them through transactions and solutions.

As a dedicated RBC ambassador, you will learn to foster relationships, refer complex opportunities, and collaborate with partners to help clients achieve their goals, while supporting a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients in-branch and community to uncover banking needs.
• Demonstrate digital banking and educate clients to drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Respond to client inquiries and assist with a full range of financial transactions.
• Listen to clients to understand individual needs and connect them with solutions.
• Help resolve client banking problems and refer complex opportunities to specialists.
• Maintain relationships with partners to maximize referrals and opportunities.
