On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre, and Internet & Private Networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the attainment of Fiscal Revenue and Sales Objectives.
  • Prospect and qualify both new and recurring business opportunities.
  • Lead development of account plans considering marketing strategy and Customer business objectives.
  • Develop and manage relationships at all levels of Enterprise Accounts.
  • Ownership of Run Rate and new revenue growth objectives.
  • Coordinate RFP deliverables for retention and growth-based services.
  • Develop strategies and tactics leveraging competitive advantage and profitability.
  • Prepare and conduct formal group presentations at senior management levels.
  • Develop and present proposals including business case and technical responses for high-value solutions.
  • Lead creation of Customer offer process and manage approval steps.
  • Negotiate revenue opportunities for all service elements.
  • Support Sales Specialists in new business development opportunities.
  • Provide expert consultation on concepts, products, and services.
  • Act as the team leader for overall Customer solutions design and primary contact for the Customer.
  • Advocate within Bell for support and development aligned with customer’s needs.
  • Continuously learn through training and information sessions internally and externally.
Critical Qualifications
  • University degree in Commerce, Computer Sciences, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • Experience in Telecommunications or IT industry selling technical Customer solutions.
  • Ability to prospect and develop strong Customer relationships.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Strong understanding of business issues and team dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Enterprise Sales experience (minimum 3 years) in areas such as Broadband networks, Unified communications, Cloud, security, wireless/IoT, or Professional Services.
