TEEMA is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage the full sales cycle and foster relationships with key stakeholders in Calgary. The successful candidate will exhibit strong sales experience, particularly with medium to large organizations, and a proven track record in exceeding quotas. Key responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, developing business proposals, and utilizing Salesforce to track sales progress.
Manage the sales cycle end to end : Generate new opportunities, being proactive in obtaining valued insights within our customer base, managing the sales cycle to a close and growing overall revenue.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
Holding QBRs for top, strategic base accounts.
Develop and present business proposals, provide executive updates and hold contract negotiations with all levels of management, particularly senior decision makers
Create an internal network that fosters teamwork and enables revenue outputs
Use Salesforce and Salesforce tools to track progress and report goals
What you must have :
Sales Experience working with medium and large commercial organizations including working knowledge with RFP responses
Highly self-motivated, disciplined and driven to succeed
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Organized and an expert in time management, evaluating priorities and accomplishing goals ndependently
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus
5+ years experience as an Account Manager, Client Executive, or other similar sales roles
Salary / Rate Range : $115,000.00 – $120,000.00
