Beneva Inc. recherche un préposé(e) à la prospection clientèle d'information en poste étudiant.

Vous contacterez les clients pour proposer un rendez‑appel téléphonique avec un agent en assurances de dommage et suivrez les rendez‑vous en lien avec le Centre d’appel. Les tâches incluent le suivi de campagnes publicitaires, la collecte de dates d’échéance et des tâches administratives dans les dossiers clients.

Qualifications

• Diplôme d’études secondaires requis.
• Maîtrise du français à l’oral et à l’écrit.

Responsibilities

• Contacter les clients pour proposer un rendez‑appel téléphonique avec un agent en assurances de dommage.
• Noter les rendez-vous et les remettre aux agents du Centre d’appel.
• Suivre certaines campagnes publicitaires ou publipostage pour obtenir les dates d’échéance des contrats d’assurance automobile et biens personnels.
• Effectuer des tâches administratives dans les dossiers clients.

Job Description: En tant que préposé(e) à la prospection clientèle d'information, votre rôle consiste à contacter les clients pour leur offrir un rendez‑appel téléphonique avec un(e) agent(e) en assurances de dommage. Vous vous démarquez par votre service à la clientèle humain, d'autonomie et vos habiletés de communication? Venez mettre vos talents à contribution chez Beneva ! Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes: Contacte, en fonction des plans de travail établis, les clients pour leur offrir un rendez‑appel téléphonique avec un agent en assurances de dommage. Note les rendez‑vous et les remet aux agents du Centre d’appel. Fait le suivi de certaines campagnes de publicité ou publipostage afin d'obtenir les dates d'échéances des contrats d'assurance automobiles et biens personnels. Effectuer des tâches administratives dans les dossiers clients.

Vos talents et vos qualifications: Diplôme d’études secondaires. Maîtrise de la langue française, tant parlée qu’écrite.

L’horaire est hybride. Les horaires de travail pourront être établis du lundi au vendredi entre 8h et 20h et les samedis entre 8h à 16h.
