Job summary

RBC is seeking a Banking Advisor in Tillsonburg, Ontario to help clients with everyday banking, credit, and investment needs. You will educate clients on digital banking, onboard new customers, and refer complex opportunities to specialists while delivering exceptional service.

You will build relationships, understand client goals, and collaborate with RBC partners to drive satisfaction and loyalty across the community.

Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or CSC)
• Strong client-focused sales experience and ability to identify opportunities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients in-branch and community to uncover banking needs and referrals
• Educate clients using digital tools to enhance experience and drive sales
• Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions and respond to inquiries
• Listen actively to understand individual client needs and provide solutions
• Resolve client issues and partner with specialists to address complex opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with partners to maximize referrals
