The SkyCharter Client Care Specialist (CSS) is responsible to the Customer Service Supervisor for the customer-focused activities within the SkyCharter’s VIP Lounge. The position is based out of Pearson International Airport at SkyCharter’s FBO facilities in Mississauga.
The CSS will be expected to adjust his/her shift to cover for vacations, holidays, sick days, during breaks or as may be needed from time to time depending on volume of movements.
