HUB International in Hope, BC is hiring an Auto Associate. No prior experience required; you'll receive complete training and the opportunity to obtain your Level 1 general insurance license within 30 days. You will actively sell insurance solutions and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Build relationships with clients and dealership partners, meet sales targets, process transactions, and upsell additional products. The role offers base salary with commissions and licensing support.

A Day in the Life

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners
• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more
• Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics
• Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory

Salary Expectations

The expected salary range for this position is $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
