Job summary

Motion in Kingston, ON is seeking a Mobility & Accessibility Consultant/Technician to join our sales and service team. You will work directly with clients to understand equipment issues, troubleshoot, and manage the full cycle of a relationship during the purchase of life-changing mobility devices.

You will learn our products, build relationships with therapists and caregivers, and travel to client sites to deliver and install equipment, provide after-sale service, and help customers regain

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing sales and service role.
• Comfort with using a range of tools and equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathy, respect, and client-focused approach.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a Motion customer experience by visiting client sites and demonstrating equipment.
• Drive business by researching, cold calling, and expanding the client base.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, therapists, caregivers and healthcare facilities.
• Train with technicians to learn device functionality and increase product knowledge.
• Create and document proposals, quotes, and customer value plans in the CRM.
