Job summary

Cardel Homes in Ottawa seeks a highly organized Client Care Administrator to support our Client Care team. You will provide administrative assistance, log homeowner inquiries, and help schedule appointments and service visits.

You will maintain accurate homeowner records and facilitate communication between homeowners, trade partners, and internal teams, contributing to an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of administrative or customer service experience.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
  • Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach.
  • Experience in homebuilding, construction, real estate, or property management is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Client Care team.
  • Receive and log homeowner inquiries, service requests, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate files, records, and client information within company systems.
  • Assist with scheduling homeowner appointments, inspections, and service visits.
  • Support communication with homeowners, trade partners, and internal departments.
  • Assist with coordinating possession and homeowner orientation activities.
  • Monitor departmental inboxes and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Help maintain performance tracking and reporting metrics for the Client Care team.
  • Contribute to a positive homeowner experience by providing exceptional customer service.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $55,000.00 Annually

Cardel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Care Administrator to support our Client Care team.
