Job summary

RBC is seeking a part-time Personal and Commercial Banking representative in Canada (Ontario). You will engage with clients in-branch and in the community, helping with everyday banking, guiding digital banking usage, and referring complex opportunities to specialists.

You’ll build relationships, educate clients, and resolve issues to drive loyalty and satisfaction. You will work with a collaborative team, enjoy world-class sales training and opportunities for career growth within RBC’sbranch

Qualifications

Demonstrated passion for putting clients first in a target-driven sales environment.
Problem-solving and people skills to build relationships and proactively connect with clients.
Flexibility and eagerness to learn with strong personal ethics.
Digital literacy across devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).

Responsibilities

Proactively engage with clients in branch and community to uncover banking needs and identify sales and referral opportunities.
Focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver memorable experiences, drive sales and retain business.
Respond to client-initiated contacts, assisting with a full range of financial transactions.
Actively listen to understand individual client needs.
Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.
