We are seeking a sharp, positive, and motivated self-starter to join our Canadian Large Customer Sales team as a Client Account Manager. In this role, you will work closely with your Client Partner on campaign execution and optimization to help agencies and advertisers meet their marketing objectives on the rapidly growing Reddit platform.

Please note that this role requires in-person work at our Toronto office 1-2 days per week.

This is a 12-month contract position.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Client Partners to achieve and surpass clients’ marketing goals.
2. Manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, including agencies and direct clients, to drive revenue growth.
3. Lead and execute campaign launches, providing optimization recommendations.
4. Serve as the primary contact for internal account operations, including revenue management and troubleshooting.
5. Educate brands and media agencies on Reddit’s value and advertising best practices.
6. Consult on awareness and response objectives, developing strategic media plans.
7. Coordinate with Ad Operations to ensure campaign effectiveness and resolve technical issues.
8. Analyze campaign data, audience insights, and market trends to develop KPI-driven strategies.
9. Represent client needs to cross-functional teams.
10. Contribute client feedback and campaign metrics to shape Reddit’s native ads product roadmap.
11. Identify improvement areas and implement solutions.
12. Mentor and train team members.

Required Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years of experience in advertising sales and account management.
2. Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystems.
3. Ability to analyze diverse data and evaluate factors affecting campaigns.
4. Knowledge of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
5. Entrepreneurial and tenacious approach to solving product, process, and client challenges.
6. Experience building strong relationships with external partners.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
9. High attention to detail.
10. Proficiency in Excel preferred.
11. BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
