A leading school board is seeking a part-time Clerk/Stenographer to provide administrative and secretarial support in the office. The candidate will assist with various tasks under the direction of the administrator and must possess a Grade 12 diploma along with strong organizational and communication skills. This position requires basic knowledge of MS Word and Outlook, with opportunities to work in a diverse and inclusive environment.
The Clerk Steno acts as a resource to both internal and external individuals, assisting the Senior Administrative Support – Elementary with administrative and secretarial duties in the school office under the direction of the administrator.

Participation in the OMERS Pension Plan is mandatory for all full-time permanent employees, even if currently receiving an OMERS pension.
