A leading educational institution is seeking a part-time Clerk/Stenographer to assist in administrative duties. The role requires a Grade 12 diploma and strong communication skills. Ideal candidates will have organizational and secretarial abilities, along with basic knowledge of MS Word and Outlook.
CLERK/STENOGRAPHER
The Clerk Steno acts as a resource to both internal and external individuals and assists the Senior Administrative Support – Elementary in the administrative and secretarial duties of the school office under the direction of the administrator.

Schedule: Part-time 7 hours weekly (two half-days per week, Tuesday/Thursday)

Participation in the OMERS Pension Plan is mandatory for all full-time permanent employees, even if currently in receipt of an OMERS pension.
