Best Buy in Langley, BC is seeking a clearance centre manager to lead a retail team, coach sales advisors, and deliver an exceptional customer experience at our Langley location.

You will motivate staff, manage store KPIs, and ensure safe, profitable operations while fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace. The role includes coaching, training, and sustaining best-in-class customer service across departments.

Qualificações

• 2+ years’ experience managing a retail team
• 2+ years’ experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment

Annualized Compensation Range $52,000.00 - $66,000.00

This job is eligible for a company performance bonus in addition to the compensation range above. Pay may vary by province. Pay listed is for the location advertised.
