Best Buy in Canada is hiring a retail store manager (store leader) to oversee operations, lead a large team, and drive sales across multiple locations including Cambie, West Vancouver, Robson, and more.

You’ll start in training and later be assigned a permanent store leader position at one of the listed locations with travel as needed. Competitive wages, benefits, and employee discounts accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of retail store manager experience.
• 5+ years leading a retail team of at least 50 employees and a $30+ million big box store.
• 5+ years managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high-sales volume store.
• Leads by example on the floor to increase employee engagement, customer experience and revenue opportunities.
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• In this role you may be placed permanently in any of our store locationsin Cambie, West Vancouver, Robson, Granville, Richmond, South Vancouver, Kingsway, Burnabyand ability to commute to those locations is required

#bbyc Annualized Compensation Range $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 This job is eligible for a company performance bonus in addition to the compensation range above. Pay may vary by province. Pay listed is for the location advertised.
