Job summary

Killam Apartment REIT is recruiting a Cleaner for 321 Westminster Avenue in London, Ontario. This full-time site position offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits. You will perform cleaning tasks across common areas, support minor repairs, and report deficiencies to the Property Manager.

A valid driver's license is an asset. We value focused, energetic individuals with strong organizational and communication skills who can work collaboratively in a team.

We are currently searching for a customer focused, energetic Cleaner to join our team at 321 Westminster Avenue in London. This is a full-time position.

What you will do

• Operate vacuum cleaners to remove dirt and other waste;
• Wash windows and interior walls;
• Pick up garbage;
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers;

Who you are

• Previous experience in a similar role and/or customer service role is considered an asset;

• Valid driver's license and access to vehicle is considered an asset.
