Killam Apartment REIT is hiring a Cleaner for 321 Westminster Avenue in London, Ontario. This full-time site role involves cleaning common areas, washing windows, taking out trash, and basic maintenance tasks to keep the property inviting for residents.

Ideal candidates have prior cleaning or customer service experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a valid driver's license. The role offers competitive hourly wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role or customer service is an asset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven written and oral communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Operate vacuum cleaners to remove dirt and other waste.
• Wash windows and interior walls.
• Pick up garbage.
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
• Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas.
• Complete minor maintenance repairs.
• Report deficiencies to Property Manager for repair.
• Other duties as required.
