Job summary

Broadstreet Properties is seeking a diligent Cleaner for its Glenhart Views apartment building in Courtenay, BC. You will help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors, with an eye for detail that makes a real difference in daily wellbeing.

You will maintain entrances and hallways, perform end-of-month cleaning tasks on appliances, walls, carpets and windows, support inspections, and assist with exterior maintenance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of various cleaning products.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to travel between sites as required.

• Maintaining entrances and hallways
• Month end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom and cupboards
• Attending pre-move out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates
• Supporting the general maintenance of the building’s exterior
• Other duties as required

What we offer:
