Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is seeking a Cleaner to help ensure the wellness of our tenants in Winnipeg, MB. A clean space and friendly demeanor make a big difference for residents.

You will maintain entrances and hallways and assist with various cleaning tasks across sites. This is an entry-level role offering wages from CAD 16.80 to CAD 21.00 per hour, with a benefit program and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of various cleaning products.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to travel between sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining entrances and hallways.
• Month-end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom, and cupboards.
• Attending pre-move-out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates.
• Completing small repairs such as painting or changing lights as required.
• Supporting the general maintenance of the building’s exterior.
• Other duties as required.

Your contributions to the team include:
