Job summary

Broadstreet Properties is seeking a dedicated Cleaner for Hillside Walk apartments in Kamloops, BC. You will help keep common spaces clean and greet tenants with a friendly, detail-focused approach to contribute to residents' daily wellbeing.

The role covers entrances, hallways, appliances, walls, and routine spaces, with opportunities for simple repairs and site maintenance. Competitive hourly wages are offered along with a robust benefits program.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of various cleaning products.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to travel between sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining entrances and hallways.
• Month-end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom, and cupboards.
• Attending pre-move-out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates.
• Completing small repairs such as painting or changing lights as required.
• Supporting the general maintenance of the building’s exterior.
• Other duties as required.

Your contributions to the team include:
