Job summary

Broadstreet Properties is seeking a Cleaner for Glenhart Views in Courtenay, BC. You will help keep our tenants comfortable with a clean space and a friendly face, and your eye for detail will support the wellness of residents and a welcoming building environment.

Your responsibilities include maintaining entrances and hallways, month-end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathrooms and cupboards; attending pre-move out and annual inspections to

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to travel between sites as required
