Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is hiring a Cleaner for Kensington Court in Saskatoon, SK. You will help maintain clean spaces and provide a friendly face to tenants, contributing to their wellbeing through attention to detail.

The role includes cleaning entrances and hallways, cleaning appliances and fixtures, and assisting during pre-move-out and annual inspections. Minor repairs and exterior maintenance support may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of various cleaning products and methods.
• Basic computer skills for checklists and records.
• Ability to travel between sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining entrances and hallways.
• Month-end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom and cupboards.
• Attend pre-move-out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates.
• Complete small repairs such as painting or changing lights as required.
• Support the general maintenance of the building’s exterior.
• Other duties as required.
