Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is seeking a Cleaner for Rockyview Place in Cranbrook, BC. You will help keep common areas clean, and contribute to tenant wellness with a neat, welcoming environment.

We offer wages from $19.20 to $24.00 per hour, based on skills and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits program including extended health, vision, and dental coverage, EAP, wellness, and retirement plan eligibility after one year.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of various cleaning products and methods.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel between sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain entrances and hallways.
• Monthly deep cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, lighting, bathrooms and cupboards.
• Attend pre-move out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates.
• Support the general maintenance of the building’s exterior.
• Other duties as required
