Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Fort Saskatchewan, AB, to diagnose and repair plumbing, heating and electrical issues in Birch Hills Landing units. You will perform repairs on windows, doors, switches and appliances, plus painting and drywall work.

The role includes exterior maintenance and reporting any deficiencies. On-call on rotation is required. Minimum 2+ years in a maintenance role and a relevant trade or equivalent experience are needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience
• Completion of relevant trade/technical certification or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of basic hardware and repair equipment
• Experience with email and timesheets on mobile devices

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic to intermediate plumbing, heating and electrical issues
• Repair windows, blinds, doors, switches, plugs, and assorted appliances and fixtures
• Paint, patch drywall, mudding and taping; tile replacement as needed
• Maintain building exterior and basic grounds as required
• Identify faulty operations and report deficiencies to supervisor
