Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is seeking a Cleaner for Rhythm apartments in Orleans, ON. You will help keep common areas clean and present a welcoming impression to tenants.

The role includes cleaning entrances and hallways, appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, and bathrooms. You may perform light repairs and travel between sites, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of various cleaning products.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to travel between sites.
• Ability to work late hours and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain entrances and hallways.
• Clean appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, and bathrooms.
• Attend pre-move-out and annual inspections for cleaning estimates.
• Perform small repairs such as painting or changing lights.
• Support general maintenance of the building exterior.
• Perform other duties as required.
