Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is hiring a Cleaner to help maintain the Anderton Place apartment building in Comox, BC. You will clean entrances, hallways, appliances, walls, carpets and more, travel between sites as needed, and support exterior maintenance.

Wages start from $19.20 to $24.00 per hour, determined by skill and experience. Benefits include extended health, dental, vision, EAP, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of various cleaning products.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to travel between sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining entrances and hallways.
• Month end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom and cupboards.
• Attending pre-move out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates.
• Supporting the general maintenance of the building’s exterior.
• Other duties as required.
