Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd, a family-owned property management company, is seeking a Cleaner to help maintain clean spaces for our tenants across multiple sites in Canada. The role emphasizes attention to detail and the ability to travel between sites as needed to keep entrances, hallways, and common areas spotless.

You will contribute to month-end cleaning tasks, assist with minor repairs, and support exterior maintenance while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of various cleaning products.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to travel between sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining entrances and hallways.
• Month end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom and cupboards.
• Attending pre-move out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates.
• Completing small repairs such as painting or changing of lights as required.
• Supporting the general maintenance of the building’s exterior.
• Other duties as required.
