This position reports directly to the Property Services Supervisor and is responsible for providing cleaning and janitorial services within the County of Wellington Buildings. Duties include, but are not limited to, vacuuming, cleaning of all bathrooms, polishing woodwork, stripping and buffing vinyl composition tile and marble flooring, and ensuring that all buildings are left alarmed and secured each evening.
Pay Range:$24.92 - $29.14 (2026 Non-Union Compensation Grid)
Benefits: Extended Health Care, Emergency Travel Assistance and Dental Care; optional enrollment, premiums cost shared at 70% employer and 30% employee.
Pension: As a non-full-time (NFT) employee of an OMERS employer, you are eligible to elect to join the OMERS Pension Plan at any time. Enrollment in OMERS is voluntary.
Medical Responsibility Time: Accrues at the rate of four days maximum per year.
Vacation: Paid out on each pay at the rate of six percent; increases based on length of service.
Parking: Provided; taxable benefit provisions apply.
Mileage: If applicable, as per CRA allowances.
