Job summary

Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to join a two-person on-site team at one of our properties in Canada. You will live on-site in an apartment, work four weekdays each week, every second weekend, and be on-call some evenings.

Responsibilities include collecting rents, showing suites to prospective tenants, cleaning common areas, handling minor maintenance, preparing apartments for new residents, and delivering exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Cleaning experience.
• Minor maintenance skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to perform in a team environment.
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rents are collected on a timely basis.
• Show and lease suites to prospective tenants.
• Clean common areas of the property.
• Perform minor maintenance repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents.
• Assist with leasing suites.
• Respond to on-call requests.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager 2-person team to live and work at one of our properties. This position would require you to live on-site, share an apartment and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings.
