Job summary

Realstar is seeking a Cleaner to live and work at one of its Cornwall properties in Ontario. The role requires on-site living, four weekdays, alternating weekends, and on-call some evenings.

You will perform general cleaning of common areas and vacant suites, assist with exterior cleaning and reporting safety concerns. Benefits include a CAD 43,000 base salary plus signing bonus, housing, and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas of the building (lobbies, elevator, stairs, windows) and amenity areas.
• Thoroughly clean vacant suites including appliances, walls, and bathrooms.
• Exterior cleaning and maintenance of garage, parking levels and service rooms.
• Report deficiencies about curb appeal or safety to the Resident Manager.
• Work flexible schedule including weekends and as part of a team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are currently seeking a Cleaner to live and work at one of our properties in Cornwall, ON. This position would require you to live on-site and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings. This offer is for an existing vacant position within the organization.

Key Responsibilities of Building Cleaner

• General cleaning of the common areas of the building (Lobbies, elevator, stairwells, windows) and amenity areas (laundry rooms, social rooms) including sweeping, vacuuming & mopping
• Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including cleaning appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, balconies
• Exterior cleaning duties including general maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios and rooftops (Varies by property) and picking up loose garbage/debris around the property
• Report any serious deficiency about curb appeal or safety or hazard to Resident Manager
• Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends
• Must be able to work as part of a team and take direction
• Perform other duties as assigned
