Job summary

Boardwalk in Regina is seeking an experienced Cleaner to maintain clean and sanitized communities across multiple properties. You will clean entrances, offices, common areas and vacant suites while upholding safety and quality standards.

This full-time role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with others. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are preferred to support site coverage.

Qualifications

• 2 years cleaning experience required.
• Working knowledge of English both verbal and written.
• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting

Responsibilities

• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas
• Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups
• Interior and exterior garbage pick-up
• Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required
• Ensure proper and accurate inventory management

  Experience And Educational Requirements

  Technical Requirements

  • Familiarity with technology is an asset

  Non-Technical Requirements

  • Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
  • Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm
