Job summary

Bwalk in Grande Prairie is looking for a dependable cleaner to maintain pristine common areas, entrances, offices and suites. You will ensure health, comfort, and safety for resident members while performing routine cleaning and touch-ups across multiple areas.

The role requires a minimum of two years cleaning experience, a valid driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle. Strong time-management and teamwork will help you thrive in a busy environment with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• 2 years cleaning experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, amenity rooms and other common areas.
• Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of Resident Members.
• Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups.
• Interior and exterior garbage pick-up.
• Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required.
• Ensure proper and accurate inventory management.
• Ensure all equipment is working and maintained properly.
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• 2 years cleaning experience required

Technical Requirements:

• Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
• Familiarity with technology is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements:

• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm
