Job summary

Clean Harbors in Thorold, ON is seeking AZ drivers to operate vacuum trucks and bulk liquid tankers for industrial cleaning at client sites. Safety is a priority as you drive, load/unload waste, and perform inspections.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive, operate and maintain assigned units.
• Guarantee loading and unloading of hazardous/non-hazardous waste.
• Perform pre and post-trip inspections and ensure equipment is mechanically sound.
• Ensure proper placarding of vehicles to meet regulations.
• Complete field level risk assessments and related paperwork.
• Work with customers, co-workers & supervisors as a team.

Our Clean Harbors team in Thorold, ON is looking for AZ Drivers to join their safety conscious team! The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of units such as Vacuum Trucks and Bulk Liquid Tankers to perform industrial cleaning at various client sites.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Drive, operate and maintain assigned units.
• Guarantee proper loading and unloading of hazardous/non-hazardous waste.
• Perform pre and post trip inspections and ensure equipment is mechanically sound and in good working order at all times.
• Ensure proper placarding of vehicles to meet all requirements and regulations.
• Complete field level risk assessments and other related paperwork.
• Work as part of a team with customers, co-workers & supervisors.
