Midland Transport is seeking a professional Class 1 Linehaul Driver based in Truro, NS. The role includes nightly runs from Truro to Moncton and through the Maritimes, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and a commitment to superior service.

Shift is Sun-Thurs, 19:00-07:00, with competitive pay per mile and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and RRSP matching. Training and advancement opportunities are available within a long-standing Canadian carrier.

Qualificações

• Education required: High School or GED.
• Class 1 driver's license with a minimum of 3 years' safe tractor driving experience required.
• Clean driver's abstract and criminal search.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift to 50 lbs. using proper equipment.
• Excellent work ethic and reliability.
• Safety conscious.

Responsabilidades

• Move trailers safely and efficiently between the plant and yard.
• Complete regular yard checks, including verifying all equipment onsite, fuel levels, reefer settings, and inside box temperatures.
• Communicate any equipment issues to the Midland Shop or Logistics for outside carriers.
• Execute other tasks as required.
• Occasional moves between terminals as required.

Midland Transport

is currently seeking a professional Class 1 Linehaul Driver based in Truro, NS. $1,500 Sign-on Bonus. The selected candidate will be a reliable person with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and a commitment to providing a Superior Quality service.

Main Role

This run departs from Truro nightly and typically follow the route: Truro to Moncton. From Moncton to various terminals throughout the Maritimes, Dartmouth, Charlottetown, Saint John, Fredericton, Kentville, or Sydney.

Sun-Thurs (19:00-7:00)
