Job Description

Midland Transport Limited is currently seeking a professional Class 1 Dedicated East Power Driver based out of Dieppe, NB. The selected candidate will be a reliable person with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and strong commitment to providing Superior Quality Service.

4 ON/4 OFF (1730-0530)

Responsibilities

• Running Linehaul within the Maritimes.
• Deliver freight to assigned locations ensuring timely delivery.
• Offload variable shipment weight and handle freight equipment properly and in a safe manner to avoid any damage.
• Communicate efficiently with the central dispatch and customers.
• Operate the tractor trailer in accordance with the safety regulation: company rules while following safety procedures and traffic laws.
• Perform pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of the truck operation.
• Report any incident, accident, injury or damage in a timely manner.
