The Peace River School Division is seeking a Full-Time Class 1 & 3 Driver & Air Brakes Instructor to join our team. The role requires delivering classroom and behind-the-wheel training to entry-level truck operators and ensuring compliance with Alberta regulations.
Candidates must have 5+ years of verifiable Class 1 driving experience and hold an Alberta Class 1 license with Air Brakes. Training and professional development opportunities are available within our division.
The Peace River School Division is currently accepting applications for a Full-Time (1.00 F.T.E.) Class 1 & 3 Driver & Air Brakes Instructorto join our growing team. Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) years of confirmed driving experience. Having prior teaching or driver development experience is considered an asset, but the Division is willing to offer instructor training based on the Alberta Transportation Curriculum for suitable candidates. Basic computer skills will also be necessary in this position.
The commencement date for this position is as soon as possible or as mutually agreed upon.
