Our Claims team aims to create peace of mind for clients and communities. We serve with compassion and are dedicated to continuous improvement, operating with high integrity to do right by our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate, interpret coverage, negotiate, and make decisions independently to resolve complex property, farm, and commercial claims.
  • Assess damages and prepare estimates on property losses, including attending loss scenes.
  • Collaborate with vendors and government officials to facilitate settlements.
  • Coach, train, and support the claims team technically.
  • Provide exceptional client service aligned with our standards to lead the industry in client engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Three years of claims or related business experience.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma.
  • Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
  • Provincial adjuster license(s), depending on the province of work.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Innovative mindset to improve efficiencies and influence change.

  • Regular travel required; must have own vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
  • Potential exposure to chemicals, noise, dust, and debris.
  • Direct contact with clients and service providers.
  • Extended hours during peak periods and major events.
  • Background check required for employment.

Salary Range: $59,096 - $98,494 CAD, based on experience and other criteria.
