As a Property Claims Representative II, you will investigate, negotiate, and resolve complex property, farm, and commercial claims. You will contribute to our client service culture through daily interactions and by implementing innovative, client-centric solutions.

How You Will Create Impact
  • Investigate, interpret coverage, negotiate, and make autonomous decisions to resolve complex claims.
  • Evaluate damage, prepare estimates on property losses, including attending the scene of the loss.
  • Collaborate with vendors and government officials to facilitate settlement.
  • Coach, train, and support the claims team with technical expertise.
  • Provide exceptional client service aligned with our standards to position the organization as an industry leader in client engagement.

To Join Our Team
  • Have at least three years of claims or related experience.
  • Hold a post-secondary degree or diploma.
  • Possess a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
  • Will attain provincial adjuster licenses as required.
What You Need To Know
  • Will travel regularly and require your own vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
  • Potential exposure to hazardous conditions requiring health and safety precautions.
  • Involves direct contact with clients and service providers in their environment.
  • Extended hours, including evenings and weekends during peak periods.
  • Subject to a background check if selected.

Expected Salary Range: $59,096 - $98,494 CAD
