Job summary

EXP, a global engineering and design firm, is seeking a Civil Project Manager to lead municipal infrastructure design projects in Ontario, including coordinating with clients across GTA, Simcoe County and Central Ontario. You will oversee civil design packages, mentor drafters, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with MECP and municipal requirements.

You should have 8+ years in municipal infrastructure design, P.Eng or CET in progress, and strong AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or college diploma with 8+ years in municipal infrastructure design, preferably Ontario standards.
• Actively pursuing or attained P.Eng, C.Tech or CET accreditation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is mandatory.
• Experience with municipal and agency design specifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design for municipal infrastructure with full responsibility for solving design details.
• Oversee preparation of civil design drawing packages meeting specifications and client needs.
• Collaborate with clients across GTA, Simcoe County and Central Ontario.
• Manage project progress, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Mentor and coordinate drafting and design teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare technical reports and support proposals and business development.
