Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; P.Eng license in Ontario preferred.
• 10–15 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of municipal, water/wastewater, land and site development approvals.
• Proposal writing, business development and client relations experience.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in AutoCAD/MicroStation, Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage infra and land development projects across Eastern Ontario and Canada.
• Develop and maintain client relationships across sectors with a trusted reputation.
• Deliver medium to large-scale land/site development from planning through construction and closeout.
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule control.
• Collaborate with in-house EXP disciplines as part of One-EXP delivery.
• Oversee approvals from municipalities and provincial/federal agencies.
• Coordinate meetings with clients, contractors, planners, residents, and others.
