Job summary

Pomerleau is seeking a Project Coordinator for our Civil Infrastructure team. You will manage multiple activities and deadlines to align client, team and project needs on large-scale building and infrastructure projects ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion.

You will coordinate schedules, maintain documentation (shop drawings, RFIs, POs, change notices), analyze quotes, and prepare project reports while promoting safety standards on site. Fluency in English and French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of civil construction experience.
• Engineering degree or technology diploma in engineering.
• Proven track record of project coordination and teamwork.
• Passion for providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team with coordination and administrative support.
• Maintain open lines of communication with team, trade partners, consultants and clients.
• Review and update construction schedules.
• Maintain shop drawings, RFIs, POs, change notices and close-out documents.
• Review and analyze project quotes to obtain best prices.
• Compile and finalize company-wide project reports for assigned projects.
• Promote HS&E programs on site and enforce safety standards.
