Job summary

Urban Systems invites five co‑op students in civil, environmental, or integrated engineering (emphasizing civil) for 4-, 8-, or 12-month terms starting January 2027. You will work with multidisciplinary teams on municipal infrastructure and transportation projects, gaining hands-on experience in design, analysis, and field activities across Canada.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in civil, environmental, or integrated engineering program (emphasis in civil).
• Co-op term of 4, 8, or 12 months starting January 2027.
• Demonstrated interest in municipal and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, design, and analysis of municipal infrastructure.
• Support project delivery and documentation updates.
• Attend site visits and field work to observe conditions.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and clients in project meetings.
• Develop cost estimates and spreadsheets.
• Prepare professional communications and reports.
