Job summary

BBA is seeking a Mechanical Engineer Co-op in Vancouver, BC for January or May 2027 start. You will support mechanical and piping projects in Canada’s natural resource and renewable energy industries, gaining mentorship and hands-on experience toward professional engineering registration.

You'll collaborate with EITs and senior engineers on projects from front-end studies to field implementation, with a focus on training and career development in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• High academic performance (top 10% of class).
• Bilingual (English and either French or Spanish) is not necessary but advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed engineering from front-end studies to field implementation.
• Work with EITs and engineers for mentorship and coaching.
• Contribute to mechanical and piping projects in BC, nationally and internationally.
