You will prepare CAD drawings, perform takeoffs from drawings and models, develop 3D models for planning, and assist with layout and field data, collaborating with project teams to ensure quality and timeliness on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar).
• Experience with 3D modeling in a civil construction environment.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, surveying, and layout principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed CAD drawings for heavy civil construction projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and calculations from drawings and models.
• Develop and manage 3D models for construction planning and execution.
• Assist with construction layout, including coordinate geometry and field data preparation.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
