Job summary

Pilot Assessments seeks a Captain on the Citation X to lead flight operations with highest standards of safety and client service. You will be PIC, coordinate with Flight Coordination Centre and Sales, and support dispatch readiness and trip build quality.

International flying experience across Europe and South America, strong FMS and glass cockpit skills, weather, planning, and SMS knowledge are essential. You will mentor a three-pilot crew and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Flight experience meeting minimum hours (4,000 total; 1,000 multi-engine PIC; 1,000 jet PIC).
• Licences & medical: Canadian ATPL or valid IATRA; Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR privileges; Transport Canada Medical; Canadian Radio Telephone License.
• Operational expertise: international flying experience across Europe and South America; strong FMS and glass cockpit proficiency.
• Client-service & teamwork: excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills; flexibility to meet dynamic client needs.
• Physical requirement: ability to lift up to 60 lb.

The opportunity

As Captain on Chartright’s Citation X, you will lead safe, efficient, and client-focused operations while collaborating closely with the Flight Coordination Centre and Sales. You’ll support reserve-day activities, contribute to continuous improvement, and uphold the highest standards of airmanship and service.
