Job summary

Chartright Air Group seeks a Captain to fly the Challenger 650 from Toronto as part of a three-pilot crew. You will ensure safety, support daily operations, and liaise with Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to meet client needs.

The role demands extensive jet PIC hours, ATPL/IATRA eligibility, and strong communication. A flexible schedule and international experience are valued to enhance client journeys.

Qualifications

• Hold a Canadian ATPL or valid IATRA and CARs familiarity.
• Minimum 4000 total flight hours with 1000 multi-engine PIC and 1000 jet PIC hours.
• Experience on CL64 or similar jets is preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration and safety culture are essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as Captain on Challenger 650 in Toronto as part of a three-pilot crew.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a Captain on the Challenger 650 aircraft in Toronto as part of a dedicated three-pilot crew
• Ensure flights are conducted in a safe manner
• Support daily operation activities on available reserve days
• Liaise with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are delivered
• Foster an environment of collaboration and encourage an atmosphere where co-workers can share ideas, improvements and solutions
• Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional client experience
• Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required

What You Bring:

• Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Valid IATRA
• Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR
• Canadian Radio Telephone License
• Type rating in CL64 series aircraft is an asset
• Minimum of 4000 hours total flight time
• Minimum of 1000 multi-engine PIC hours
• Minimum of 1000 jet PIC hours
• Ability to lift up to 60 Ibs
• International experience
• Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits
• Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance
• Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices
• A positive mindset with the strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively build relationships across the organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional client service, organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support clients’ needs
• Previous International flying experience (Europe & South America) is required
• Previous time on type is preferred
